The Entrepreneurship Law Clinic will provide students with an immersive experience in general transactional聽practice, with an emphasis on serving social enterprises, early stage entrepreneurs, and small businesses in greater Washington, D.C. Enrolled students will advise and counsel clients on corporate structuring, taxation, financing, as well as growth and succession planning. Additionally, students will negotiate and draft contracts and organizational documents like Founders' Agreements, Shareholder Subscription Agreements, Operating Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
