Please email maintenance and cleaning requests and concerns to facilities@wcl.american.edu or call extension 4357. Maintenance issues include safety hazards, malfunctioning building equipment, restroom problems, spills, trash pick up and so forth. You may also use this same email address if you need keys made or have phone installation or repair requests. This email address may also be used for furniture assembly, carpentry, electrical, painting, heating and cooling, and plumbing requests.
